Each ring will vary in shape, diamond setting, and engraving.

*The color of the base metal, diamonds, and natural stones may differ from the color shown in the image depending on the settings of the device you are viewing them on.

*Size measurements are taken from the longest side of each dimension. For designs with stone settings or bases, the metal parts may also be included in the measurements. Please note that there may be some slight errors.

*Most of MONAKA's diamond and natural stone items are one-of-a-kind. Please note that items sold in stores may be sold out at different times.
If the item is out of stock, we will contact you within 3 days. Although there are individual differences, we may have other loose stones in stock, so we may suggest that you purchase them together.

Regarding the lead time for custom orders and ring resizing, we currently provide the following information for both our online shop and directly managed stores:

Custom Orders: 3 months
Ring Resizing: 2.5 months

*If your order falls within long holiday periods such as Obon, New Year, or Golden Week, please note that an additional 15 days will be added to the usual estimated delivery time. We appreciate your understanding.

Once your order is complete, we will contact you with the estimated delivery date.

It will take about two and a half months to resize the item. We will ship the item as soon as the resizing is completed.

It is possible to adjust the size after purchase, so please contact us if you would like to do so.

<Regarding custom-made products and engagement ring resizing orders>

Once we have confirmed your payment, we will proceed with the order and resizing.
- If you select "Specify delivery date and time", we will contact you by email once the product is ready to ship.
・If you select "No date and time specified" → After the product is completed, it will be shipped without a specified date and time. Even if the product is completed earlier than expected, we will ship it without contacting you, and will notify you by sending you a tracking number.

<About delivery of engagement ring>

If resizing is not required, the item will be shipped within 7 days. (During the New Year holidays, the item will be shipped on business days.)
Once the shipment is completed, we will inform you of the tracking number.
If the item is out of stock, we will contact you within 3 days.

<About overseas shipping>
All items will be shipped via "International parcel".
Shipping fees vary depending on your country and the price of the product, and include shipping fees + insurance fees (+ customs clearance fees depending on the product).
Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout, so please check there.
