We will support you with post-purchase maintenance so that you can enjoy wearing your precious ring for a long time with peace of mind.

MONAKA Jewellery's wedding ring after-sales service offers free resizing and surface finishing once a year from the date of purchase.
*Please be sure to keep the warranty card provided to you at the time of purchase.

- Size Adjustment -

◾️We will provide free size reduction service once a year from the date of purchase. Please bring your warranty card to the store where you purchased the item. We can also provide size reduction service after the warranty period, but it will cost 5,280 yen (tax included).

◾️Size up: We will accommodate your request for a free size up (up to 3 sizes) once a year from the date of purchase. Please bring your warranty card to the store where you purchased the item. Repairs are possible even after the warranty period has expired. There is a fee of 5,280 yen (tax included) plus 2,200 yen (tax included) for each additional size.
For ring widths of 4.5mm or more, the price is 5,280 yen (tax included) plus 2,750 yen (tax included) for each size increase.

*Please note that size up is not possible for Shino.
*Please note that for en-MD/en-LD, the balance of the diamonds may change slightly when resizing.

At each store, we will ask you about the current fit of the product, measure it again, and make a proposal. Repairs are available at the store where you purchased the product , so please feel free to contact us.

When you placed your order, you chose
Finishing (gloss, hairline, and honing) is then applied again.

We will carefully polish it to bring it back to a like-new shine, so please feel free to use it.
This service will be free of charge once within one year from the date of purchase, so please bring your warranty card to the store where you purchased the product.

Repairs are possible even after the warranty period has expired, but will cost 4,400 yen (tax included). For other maintenance, we will check the condition and provide you with a quote.



MONAKA jewellery's wedding rings are all handmade one by one by artisans, so you can feel the warmth of the jewelry.

Simple daily care can help keep the ring in good condition, and by wearing a matte-finished ring for a long time, you can enjoy the changes that occur over time as the ring gradually acquires a shine due to friction, and I also think it's wonderful to see the process of the owner's years being engraved into the ring.
