[From visit to purchase to delivery]
You can see the entire series at our directly managed stores in Aoyama, Isetan Shinjuku and Osaka. Click here for a list of other stores that stock BRIDAL products.
You can visit our stores without making a reservation, but they may get busy on weekends, holidays, and at certain times of the day. If you make a reservation, we can guarantee you a seat and guide you smoothly without waiting.
Please note that if you come without a reservation and there are customers already seated, you may have to wait.

Of course. Some customers decide on their first visit, while many others visit two or three times before deciding. Please feel free to stop by even if you are still in the process of considering your options.
It depends on the rings you want to see and the information you want to know, but it usually takes about 1 to 2.5 hours. If you are in a hurry, such as 30 minutes, please let us know in advance and we will guide you according to your schedule.
We are very sorry, but we do not have a dedicated parking lot at the Aoyama store and Osaka store, so please use a nearby parking lot. If you are coming to the Isetan Shinjuku store by car or motorcycle, you can check the parking lot here .
Of course. You may have many concerns, such as your partner's size and preferences, but our staff will make suggestions based on your wishes.
It will take approximately three months from the date of order to make your order, so please come to our store with plenty of time.
We may not be able to meet your request, but please contact us if you are in a hurry. Please note that the schedule may vary depending on the time of year, such as the New Year's holiday and Obon, so please contact each store for more information.
We will tailor the ring from scratch to your specifications. We require full payment when we receive your order.

We will also send you images and videos of the designs you are interested in that are not listed here. We understand that you may be unsure as you cannot see the actual product, but we will provide you with detailed information about the design and how it feels to wear.
Payment at the online shop can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, JCB).
If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please contact us via the Contact page.
We offer free shipping for orders totaling 55,000 yen or more.
We will start production immediately after the order date. Please note that we cannot accept cancellations or refunds after the order date.
We will ship your order via international parcel. Insurance is included in the shipping fee, and for purchases over 200,000 yen, a separate commission fee will be charged.
We are unable to answer questions regarding customs duties, so please contact the customs office in your country directly.

An engagement ring is generally a ring given to a partner as a symbol of marriage when proposing or getting engaged.
It is often given as a gift along with a marriage proposal when proposing marriage.
A wedding ring is a symbol of marriage that is worn by a couple when they register their marriage or after they register their marriage.
If you are planning to purchase both an engagement ring and a wedding ring, we will decide on the design based on how the rings overlap and how they coordinate with each other.
All designs are available in four materials: K18 yellow gold, K18 pink gold, K18 white gold, and platinum 900.

We can engrave up to 10 characters on the inside of the ring free of charge. The following characters are considered as one character: uppercase letters, numbers, "to", "&", ".", and "space".

Diamonds can be set either on the outside or inside. We offer three types of setting: hidden, four-light, and eight-light.

Unique to MONAKA
We have a wide selection of unique loose diamonds.
If you would like to order from our online store, we will provide you with detailed information on loose stones with photos. Please feel free to contact us via the Contact form here.
We will suggest diamonds based on color, cut, size, and budget, and you can also choose the design (prong setting, bezel setting, etc.) and the base metal material.

We can produce sizes from 0 to 27 in increments of 0.5. Prices vary depending on the size.
After use, wipe off sweat and dust with a soft cloth (non-abrasive) and when removing the jewelry, store it separately from other jewelry to avoid scratching the surface.
Furthermore, when bathing in a hot spring, please remove K18YG / K18WG / K18PG rings as there is a risk of discoloration due to the nature of the metal.

Requests are accepted at the store where you purchased the product. Please bring your warranty card and visit the store where you purchased the product and inquire.

If you are interested, please contact us via Contact and then visit our Aoyama store or mail it to us. (For purchases other than through the ONLINE SHOP, we will only be able to assist you at the store where you made the purchase.)
Please note that the cost of round-trip shipping will be borne by the customer.
Many customers request refinishing on special occasions such as milestone years or weddings.
If it is within the aftercare warranty period, we will provide you with a free service. (If there are deep scratches, please contact us separately.)
If it is outside the warranty period, we will provide you with a fee.
It is inevitable that the ring will develop small scratches, discoloration, and surface treatments over the years of use, but the path you and your partner have walked will change its texture and you will grow to love the ring even more as you have grown it.
The small scratches that bothered you at first may gradually become something you love, and because each person's life is different, the look of the ring is also different.
The individuality that exists now is also a big attraction.
As an aftercare service, we will resize the ring free of charge up to ±3 sizes within one year of receiving the ring. However, please note that due to the design of the shino ring, it is not possible to resize it, and that for en-MD/en-LD, the balance of how the diamonds are set may change slightly.
→ About aftercare
Outside the aftercare period, or if resizing is more than ±3 sizes, there will be a fee.
We will check the condition of the ring and jewelry we have received and propose a repair method. If repair costs are incurred, we will provide you with an estimate and begin repairs only after you have given us your approval, so please rest assured.
◇If you still have the detached jewellery → We will keep the jewellery together with the ring and advise you on what to do depending on whether it is damaged or not.
◇If you lose your diamond, you can purchase a new one and set it in place. The price will depend on the type of diamond you lost.
Large distortions or scratches may not be able to be completely repaired, but we will look at the condition and repair it as much as possible so that the distortion or scratches are not noticeable. Since we cannot judge the condition without seeing it in person, please visit the store where you purchased it or send it by mail.
