Bridal rings are chosen as a once-in-a-lifetime special ring. Many people may be unsure about the process for their first custom order. This page introduces the order process for our bridal rings.
1. Reservations & Store Visits
Our directly managed stores that handle bridal rings are located in Ginza, Isetan Shinjuku, and Osaka.
While you are welcome to visit each store without a reservation, there are times when many customers come to view bridal rings on weekends, so we recommend making an appointment or inquiring in advance. Please feel free to stop by just for a viewing.
Through conversation and trying on rings, we will listen to your preferences and requests.
By taking the time to talk with you, our experienced staff will provide proposals for the fit and design that suit you, serving as a signpost for your future together.

3. Selecting the Ring Design
MONAKA jewellery offers a total of five marriage ring series.
〈en〉〈kumo〉, 〈kasane〉, 〈tatae〉, and 〈shino〉. After choosing your favorite design, please select the material, finish, size, engraving, and any optional diamonds.
This is a semi-order style where you customize the ring by selecting your preferred elements from the designs proposed by MONAKA.
You can choose from four materials (Yellow Gold, White Gold, Pink Gold, Platinum) and three finishes (Honing, Hairline, Polished). As an option, we offer a free engraving service of up to 10 characters inside the ring.
4.Sizing
Once the design is decided, we will measure the size that best fits each individual customer.
Since the fit varies depending on the shape of your finger and the design, our staff will propose the appropriate size while discussing your comfort preferences and lifestyle.
5.Confirming Order Details and Payment
Once all order details have been finalized, you will confirm the contents on an order sheet.
All marriage rings and loose stone orders for engagement rings are made-to-order.
Please note that because these are made-to-order, we will request payment at the time of purchase.
6.Delivery
Currently, delivery takes approximately 3 months from the time of payment. If you are in a hurry or have any special requests, please feel free to consult us.
We will contact you once your ring is finished to arrange a pick-up date. We can also arrange for delivery via mail, so please consult us if you are visiting from far away.
