A bridal ring is a special ring that you choose once in your lifetime. Many people may be wondering what the process for ordering for the first time is. This page will introduce you to the process of ordering a bridal ring.
1. Reservations and Visits
Bridal rings are available at our directly managed stores in Aoyama, Isetan Shinjuku, and Osaka.
You can visit our stores without making a reservation, but we recommend making a reservation or making an inquiry in advance as there may be many customers coming to view bridal rings on weekends. Please feel free to stop by even if you just want to have a look.
Through conversation and fitting, we will listen to your preferences and requests.
We take the time to talk to you in detail, and our experienced staff will suggest the comfort and design that suits you best, guiding you towards your future together.

3. Select the ring design
MONAKA jewellery's wedding rings are There are five series in total.
〈en〉 <kumo> <kasane> After choosing your favorite design from either "tatae" or "shino", please choose the material, finish, size, engraving and optional diamonds.
From the designs proposed by MONAKA, This is a semi-custom style where you can select and customize your favorite items.
You can choose from four materials: yellow gold, white gold, pink gold, and platinum, and three finishes: honed, hairline, and glossy.
As an option, we offer a free engraving service of up to 10 characters on the inside of the ring.
4. Sizing
Once the design is decided, we will measure you to find the perfect size for you.
The fit will vary depending on the shape and design of your finger, so our staff will suggest the appropriate size based on your preferences for comfort and your lifestyle.
5. Confirm your order and make payment
Once all the order details have been decided,

All loose orders for wedding rings and engagement rings are made to order.
Since this is a made-to-order product, we will send you payment instructions at the time of purchase.
6. Handover
Currently, we are delivering the product about 3 months after payment. If you are in a hurry or have special requests, please feel free to contact us.
We will contact you to let you know the finished product and ask you to come to our shop. We can also send you the product by mail, so please contact us if you are coming from far away.
