We would like to inform you of the following in conjunction with our store relocation:

・Notice of Aoyama Store's final business day
・Notice of ONLINE SHOP shipping suspension period
・Notice of change in order delivery time

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask for your understanding.

■ About Aoyama Store's final business day

Due to our store relocation, MONAKA Aoyama store will have its final business day on Sunday, June 21, 2026.

We sincerely thank everyone who has visited the Aoyama store. With the support of so many customers and the time spent together, it has been a truly special place.

At our new store, we are preparing to create an even more enjoyable space while preserving the existing atmosphere.

All of us staff members sincerely look forward to welcoming you to our new location.

We will announce the new location and opening date at a later time.

Although there is only a short time left, we would be delighted if you could visit the Aoyama store.

■ Notice of ONLINE SHOP shipping suspension period

Due to the preparation period for our store relocation, we regret to inform you that shipping operations will be suspended during the following period.

【Orders affected by shipping suspension】
Orders placed from 12:00 PM on Saturday, June 20, 2026, to Friday, July 3, 2026.

The ONLINE SHOP will remain available during this period, but the shipping of ordered products and replies to inquiries will be handled sequentially from Saturday, July 4, 2026.

*Orders placed by 11:59 AM on Saturday, June 20, 2026, will be shipped within 7 days as usual.

*For some products, shipping may proceed as usual during this period.

We apologize for the inconvenience of the extended time from order to shipment.

■ Notice of change in order delivery time

Due to the preparation period for our store relocation, we regret to inform you that the delivery time for ordered products will be longer than usual at the online shop, Aoyama store, Isetan Shinjuku store, and Osaka store.

【Normal Delivery Time】
・Made-to-order items: 3 months
・Some made-to-order items: 4 months

【Revised Delivery Time】
・Made-to-order items: 3 and a half months
・Some made-to-order items: 4 and a half months

This means an additional approximately 15 days compared to the normal delivery time.

This applies to made-to-order products ordered after this announcement, up to orders placed on Wednesday, July 15, 2026.

We kindly ask for your understanding as each item is carefully crafted.
